Barah® is a real estate company providing all kinds of services. The company previously known as Upper Capital Real Estate Management has just expanded its offerings and market and wanted to reflect this new positioning with a brand new name and brand identity that can scale.
The Challenges
Barah® is a conglomerate company that can have a combination of multiple business entities operating in entirely different industries under its name.
Barah® has a unique name that has a feeling attached to it which needs to be presented in the logo itself without limiting the company perception.
Barah® is a name that had been frequently used in other industries i.e: Co-Working Spaces, Home Decoration, and interior design.
The Solutions
The logo should be symbolic but Arabic oriented to allow the company to grow in all directions without limiting its progress.
The logo elements (Logo Icon, Logo Type) should allow separate usage to cover multiple use cases since the company is operating as B2B and B2C.
The Logo Type should be unique to be used on an enterprise-level without the logo Icon to add more deceptive value to the brand.
